Tennessee Provider Alert
Effective July 1, 2010, Signature Health Alliance (SHA), operated by Bluegrass Family Health, will begin utilizing the ACN/OptumHealth Physical Health (ACN) chiropractic network. As of that date, ACN will be the exclusive chiropractic network for both SHA. Our entire provider network, including chiropractic providers, can be viewed by using the “Find A Provider” function at our website, www.signaturehealth.com. Should you have any questions, please contact us at 800-264-3060 between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm CST.
Signature's Network Expansion in East Tennessee
Signature Health Alliance is pleased to announce that effective January, 1 2005, The Initial Group network in East Tennessee and surrounding counties in Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia has joined our network of participating providers. The Initial Group network has 59 hospitals, approx. 4200 physicians, and 263 ancillary service providers. This addition will allow Signature to offer you full coverage in Tennessee.
New Provider Search Engine
Signature Health Alliance has updated the provider search engine in order to provider the most accurate information possible. You will now need to have the member?s group identification number or the employer group name, both of which can be found on the member?s insurance card.
If you do not have this member information, you may still search the entire provider database. However, this search will not guarantee the provider selected is available to the individual benefit plan.
To confirm plan benefits, please contact the employer group, health plan administrator or insurance company.
