Our credentialing program follows guidelines set forth by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Medicare, and includes other eligibility criteria adopted by Signature. PLEASE NOTE: Requesting, obtaining, or submitting an application does not guarantee or imply you will be accepted to participate in the Signature network, nor does it entitle you to payment of any services rendered to a Signature member prior to receiving confirmation of an effective date.
