Site Registration

A few benefits to having a username are:

Provider
-Ability to submit changes to demographic information (i.e. change physical address, billing address, tax id number, etc.)
-View complete list of active employer groups accessing Signature's provider network.

Client
-Ability to order hardcopy directories.
-Access a form to submit new or updated employer group information.

In order to qualify for a username and password, you must be an active participating provider/provider representative or an active client of Signature Health Alliance. If you meet these qualifications, please answer the question below.
